Hi Judy: it has been mild (one frost in the past month) and even warm yesterday. There truly is a big difference moving to zone 7! And the blossom has been lovely. Loved your Koop post!
Yes, I missed my big and colorful LI garden more than anything else in NH. It took me three years to create a perennial bed hardy enough to survive -10 to -20 deg winters in the Lakes region! We should have settled on the Seacoast! How often I envied your garden!
